What you would be responsible for :
- Manage end to end recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers without help of vendors
- Design and execute customized, candidate recruiting plans, partnering closely with sourcers, coordinators and hiring managers to achieve the best results possible.
- Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques, coordinating with our schedulers as needed
- Foster long-term relationships with high-caliber talent, build and maintain a network of candidates
- Know tech (companies with relevant tech stack & products) and talk tech with candidates as well as screen for candidates with relevant technical skills and experience of scale
Requirements :
- 2-6 Years of experience as a technical recruiter preferable with fast growing tech startups
- Ability to understand the nitty0gritties of a technical position
