What you would be responsible for :

HR Strategy : Drive development of HR programs, inform employee decisions, and build trust with management. Serve as a confidant on business and talent related matters.

Recruiting Strategy : Oversee recruiting at all levels of the organization. Identify core competencies and develop recruiting strategies to attract and hire talent. Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.

Culture Steward : Shape and guide corporate culture in a manner that is consistent with the philosophy of the executive team.

Performance Management : Work closely with managers to identify top performers and provide guidance on how to manage poor performers. Develop annual performance review process and structure to improve performance feedback.

Organizational Design, Succession Planning, and Compensation : Work closely with managers to create career development plans. Identify current and future staffing needs and develop succession or recruitment plans to fill those needs.

Benefits : Develop innovative employee benefit programs. Conduct annual benefits cost and contribution strategy analysis and review.

Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience as an HR Manager at a high growth tech startup

- MBA from XLRI/TISS/ IIM or other Tier 1 Colleges

- Strong experience in recruitment closing both IT and NON-IT positions at junior and senior level individually

- Be an innovative and creative thinker, you are not afraid to try something new and inspire others to do so

- Thrive in a fast-paced and fun environment
