Kronos - Talent Acquisition Coordinator (3-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- This is Not a Recruiting role. We are looking for an experienced Administrator/Coordinator that has worked in a busy, fast-paced and dynamic TA organisation within a global company!

- Prepare/compile/submit documents used in various stages of the recruiting process, including offer letters, new hire paperwork, recruitment packets, background checks.

- Manage pre-employment background screen process with external vendors. Facilitate coordination between candidates and Background screening company for timely background processing. Review background check results as it relates to the Kronos Staffing Policy. Escalating background checks to Manager as needed.

- Create weekly and ad hoc reports and dashboards; distribute as necessary.

- Manage On-Boarding Process for New Hires for time between Offer Accepted and Start Date. Serve as point of contact for candidates as needed.

- Support additional Talent Acquisition Programs such as follow-ups with future hires, relocation procedures and compliance programs.

- Provide administrative support to Kronos Talent Acquisition team as needed. This includes ensuring the following items are collected and process according to HR Policies and Procedures: Offer Templates, HRIS Input Forms and appropriate policies, Confidentiality Documentation, Policy Acknowledgements, Original Employment Application, Resumes, and ID Badge Form.

- Prepare/compile/submit documents used in various stages of the recruiting process.

- Perform other duties as and when assigned.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree from reputed institute required

- 4+ years of related experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

- High level of self initiative.

- Effective time management skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent MS-Excel and powerpoint presentation skills.

- Demonstrated sense of urgency with an emphasis on delivering results

- Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and demonstrate flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills. Able to work with all levels of staff.

- Must be proficient with MS Word, Outlook etc.

- Experience with applicant tracking tools and databases.

- Quick Learner and self starter

Salary : 5-10 LPA
