The responsibilities will include creating weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting and analysis, variance and trending analysis and other adhoc reporting requirements as outlined by the Cloud FP&A Finance team.  This position will be based out of Kronos- Noida office in India and will report to the Manager of Global Shared Services who is based out of Noida and will directly partner with the Corporate FP&A Finance team. Further, this position will operate during 11:30am IST to 8:30pm IST.  Primary Responsibilities :  - This position will report to the Global Shared Services group in support of the Americas Sales FP&A Finance team.   - This position will be based out of Kronos- Noida office in India and will report to the Sr Manager of Shared Services who is based out of Noida and will directly partner with the Americas Sales FP&A Finance team. Further, this position will operate during 11:30am IST to 8:30pm IST.  Responsibilities : Perform close and related activities for the Americas Sales organization, including the following:   Sales Commissions /Monthly Close Activites :  - Load and administer commission plans for various Sales payees including Strategic Alliance Managers, Business Development reps and Lead development Representatives  - Prepare and load monthly/quarterly sales commissions journal entry accruals  - Prepare payouts for specific support teams  - Conduct regular reviews/audits of commission data to ensure accuracy  - Prepare and analyze compensation reports for management  Reporting and Analysis :  - Administer and reconcile the daily Get Sales integration of transactional details from Data Warehouse to the Varicent Commissions system  - Prepare various management reports within the Americas Sales and Vertical reporting packages such as Strategic Product Bookings, Vertical Billings Summaries, ADP Revenue Trending, Product Bookings by Upgrade Type, Sales Expense, Sales rep performance stratification, T&E Spending trends by sales team and Product Line Mix reporting for Area Sales VP's  - Complete special projects, as requested  Qualifications :  - 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience in Financial Analyst FP&A role  - Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel  - Prior experience with Cognos reporting (Report Studio & Solution View)  - Bachelors of Commerce with a major in Accounting or Finance  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills  - Good interpersonal skills and ability to align with various teams across the organization   - Ability to work with highly confidential and sensitive data  - Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to proactively anticipate and resolve potential issues   - Experience working with different data sources such as ERP systems knowledge (Oracle preferred)  - Prior experience working remotely with a US multinational company is required  - Must be able to work with a high level of accuracy
