Kristal.ai is an AI-driven asset management mid stage startup in the FinTech industry. The firm specializes in building automated portfolio management solutions for financial advisory purposes. Currently, the firm has branches and investors across Singapore, Hong Kong and India.   The firm is currently looking for a candidate to join us on full time basis.   The candidate would lead a team of 2-4 junior relationship manager, whose job will be add Asset under management onto the Kristal platform by interacting directly with HNI clients or through wealth intermediaries  The candidate would have existing relationships with wealth intermediaries (like IFA's / RIA's/ Wealth managers etc) or with retail HNI/ Ultra HNI clients  The base salary would be supplemented by an attractive bonus structure / ESOPs  Key responsibilities will include :   - Bring Existing relationship and AUM onto the Kristal platform.   - Development and execution of distribution strategies for business development including on-boarding of IFA / RIA / Wealth-managers onto the Kristal platform   - Develop and maintain relationships with portfolio managers and financial intermediaries who are part of Kristal's Network   - Over a period of time be responsible for hard numbers linked to Kristal development of the investment marketplace including Asset under management, These numbers will determines ESOPS / Bonus structure at the end of the year  - Other ad-hoc projects and day-to-day activities of the team   The candidate should be very comfortable developing and managing customer relationships. They should also have the capability to understand complicated financial concepts and have deep familiarity with portfolio management tools  The candidate must be self-driven, and motivated in an entrepreneurial atmosphere. Given that the firm is currently in a growth phase, the candidate is also expected to take the initiative, and can work independently. Basic knowledge of financial markets is required.   As this is a small team, the candidate is expected to make a personal impact right from the start.
