Designation: Senior (team Lead)

Role & Responsibilities:

The candidate will need to lead the team with:

- Performing SOC 1/2/3 and SOX ITGC risk assessments

- Conducting Tests of Design and Implementation and Operating effectiveness of controls

The candidate will also be responsible for:

- Supporting client service delivery by consistently meeting quality guidelines within the established turnaround times and allotted budget for assigned requests

- Conducting periodic trainings; preparing/reviewing/updating the knowledge base/training material

- Participating in Business development activities

The Individual:

The candidate, at a minimum, should have 4-6 years of experience in any of/across the following:

- Control assurance and Risk Management

- SOC 1/2/3 assessments (Type I and Type II)

- SOX ITGC Risk assessment

- Compliance Security Assessments

- Internal Audit engagements

Prior experience in the following areas is desirable but not necessary:

- ISO 27001 implementation/assessment

- ISO20000 implementation/assessment

- project management

- leading an audit engagement

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university - BBM/BCA/BCom/BA/BSc/BE

- A Post Graduate diploma/degree from an accredited college/university - MBA/MCom

- Certifications: CISA/CIA/CISSP/ISO 27k Lead Auditor/Implementer

- The candidate is expected to have strong verbal and written communication skills

- The candidate is expected to have reasonable awareness of IT tools & applications

Selection Process:

- HR discussion followed by a technical interaction with the line Manager and a final round with the Director / Partner of the practice
