KPMG - Senior Associate/AVP - Investment Banking (4-6 yrs)
Looking to hire Senior Associate/ AVP for the Investment Banking team of a Big 4
Responsibilities include execution of M&A/PE Fund raising transaction and assisting in the origination/coverage efforts like
- Manage the information flow, client interface and coordinate with multiple parties
- Identification of potential deal opportunities, preparation of pitch books, etc.
- Preparation of marketing documents (IM, Business Plan, etc.)
- Valuation
- Identification and coordination with the potential buyers/targets
- Manage the diligence process and data room
- Coordination for definitive documentation, CP completion, etc.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of work experience in investment banking
- Sector agnostic
- Should have seen at least 2 deal closures (full deal cycle)
- MBA/CA (around 2010 batch) with good academic records
