We are recruiting for a Manager in the team. Working as a senior member of the team your responsibilities will include:  - Working with an Associate Director to lead and deliver commercial and market reviews, strategic studies, and business plan reviews  - Driving the design of commercial and financial analysis e.g. market analysis, business model analysis, competitive benchmarking, strategic rationale and fit etc.  - Actively building and managing the relationship and interface with international KPMG Strategy and other deal advisory professionals  - For medium to large engagements, being actively involved in structuring the output and its delivery  - Being responsible for design and quality of deliverables  - Directing, managing and mentoring junior team members on engagements  - Recruiting, managing and contributing to the development of junior staff  - Supporting KPMG onshore teams or leading business development initiatives, including bid proposal and management  - Contributing to thought leadership and knowledge management to support practice development  Education / professional qualifications :  MBAs, CFAs and Engineers from a leading Indian/International educational institution   Prior Experience :  Relevant experience (7-10 years) gained in either corporate roles, strategy consulting, or similar analytical/ deal experience in the relevant sector/ propositions (as applicable) :  Project and Team management exposure :  - Credible record of operating as an independent contributor and also working as part of a team during larger projects  - Strong problem solving skills; ability to drive through to an outcome in circumstances of complexity and ambiguity  - Goal driven - should be focused on helping clients meet their requirements - by developing answers and solutions when client requirement remains unclear / changes, and by providing relevant insights and key questions to fit the client objective  - Credible record of operating at a team management level  - Experience of leading project teams and developing proposals  - Driven and ability to work independently  - Strong numerical, analytical and strategic thinking skills - able to demonstrate how one supports the other - and sound commercial acumen  Technical skills :  Operational strategy/exposure to auto OEM market/auto parts aftermarket /vehicle platforms, OEM vs. aftermarket space, car production vs. car parks, DIY (Do-it-yourself) vs. DIFM (Do-it-for-me)  Behavioural / team skills :   - Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations  - Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills  - Team player, self-driven and ability to work independently
