Job Description :  Role : Consultant   Skills : RFP preparation, Vendor evaluation and selection, project governance and management   Technical JD : 3-5 years of experience in implementation of BFSI Projects, Hands-on experience in BFSI implementation and projects.   In brief it is as follows :  - Ability to drive RFP / RFQ from intimation to successful on boarding of vendors - hand's on experience in the area vendor evaluation and selection  - Strong knowledge in BFSI products and its functionalities or workflow.  - Hands-on good knowledge in Hardware sizing, architecting & implementation of projects.  - Knowledge in different cloud technologies & data center designs.  - Knowledge in disaster recovery solutions.  - Knowledge in network solution and IT security.  - Preferably having pre-sales / consulting experience in project governance and management.  - Able to handle large size project implementation.  - Able to present in-front of IT committee/Steering committee of the bank.  - Able to handle vendors and conduct periodic meetings with client and vendors.  - Project Management - Control the implementation of proper monitoring tools to achieve the required benchmarks and ensure the provision of support to departmental IT entities and Bank's business to facilitate achievement of effective IT operations  - Manage the Infrastructure & Service Delivery initiatives by reviewing and conducting feasibility studies to evaluate the commercial viability, the strategic fit and ROl of project proposals within the stipulated business plan.  - Ensure periodic validation of service level approved and service level achieved from the tool deployed in the system, compute penalty against the deviation on achievement towards targeted service level   Educational Qualification :  Include Additional Certification if any B. Tech / BSc (Computer Science/ IT) / MCA or equivalent  Relevant Experience : 3-5 years of IT experience with at least 2-3 in Banking Industry in similar profile.
