Reporting to: Zonal TA Head - West
Travelling: 10-15 days in a month
Role Summary: This position is responsible for talent acquisition (front line sales hiring) for Agency Channels at Kotak Life for Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh.
The key responsibilities for the profile are;
- Front-line sales hiring - ensure 100% manpower in all branches at all times
- Maintain optimal source mix, with specific focus on self-sourcing
- Manage vendor relationships and stakeholder management
- Ensure high-impact TA projects driven by H.O. (e.g. Hirecraft implementation) and the zone are driven successfully.
- Manage and improve quality of profiles versus cost of profiles
