- Support on entire employee life cycle management for a businesses within Bank

- Responsible for working on various sources of recruitment to ensure appropriate hiring mix

- Responsible for Recruitment & ON Boarding of the candidates within agrees timelines

- Employee Grievance Handling

- Responsible for building connect with the team and get the pulse of the team constantly

- Responsible for driving Fun & Engagement Initiatives for the team as per plan

- Responsible for driving various HR Initiatives within the respective businesses

- Responsible for query resolution for employees at various life stages in the organization from Hiring till Exit

- Assist on various Productivity & regression projects done with Business to drive efficiency in the system.
