Six Sigma Black Belt- Quality Head  This position is responsible for the execution and Managing theQuality and Process Excellence (QPE) program across the organization. The Quality Head is expected to guide Managers, Specialists, Coordinators partnering with branch, cluster/function leadership to identify, prioritize and execute Business Process Management, Business Process Improvement and Innovation and Cultural Change.   The Quality Head is also expected to work with Human Resource Team to set up a training curriculum for spreading the awareness of the quality and excellence and skilling people across organization. The incumbent is expected to have good business acumen with multitasking capabilities, willing ness to learn and execute and ability to lead by example.  Key responsibility areas include the following :  - Deployment of the Process Excellence Strategies by designing and executing initiatives related to training, communication, implementation and any strategic initiatives related to continuous improvement and cultural change.   - Responsible for the Operational excellence Framework across the organisation  - Work with executive leadership, select and prioritize projects to ensure work aligns with strategic goals  - Train other team members on six sigma methodologies and how to use Six Sigma tools and techniques to bring significant improvement in CTQs.  - Drive the change management process through the Quality and Innovation Champions and the other Projects Teams  - Engage and keep the Quality and Innovation Champs keep them energized to drive QPE across the organization  - Connect with leadership levels for continued visibility and support  - Participate in and lead process improvement projects as six sigma Coach/Champion etc  Job Requirements  Location : Mumbai, India  Academic qualification Master's Degree :   Experience:   - Over 8 years of experience  - Must have completed many large scale Black Belt Project   - Experience in Financial Services Sector, Preferably Life Insurance   Certification : Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Black Belt certification (BB certification strongly preferred)  Training/certification/studies/experience or exposure to :  - Lean Principles, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma  -Process Quality & Process Improvement  - Process Mapping techniques  - Business Process Management  - Total Quality Management (TQM)  - Change Management  - ISO Certifications  - Project Management  - Innovation techniques and tools
