Position: Digital Media Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Traffic Building:
- Plan/execute strategies to increase traffic on the website
- Responsible for achieving business targets on a monthly basis through online marketing
- Analyze traffic from different sources coming on the website and report on a weekly basis
Contribution to Business:
- Interaction with Call centre team for tracking conversions
- Responsible for identifying gaps in campaigns and optimizing campaigns by interacting with the Call Centre team
- Liaising with the Call centre team for monitoring their performance and identifying necessary training requirements
Technological Enhancements and Troubleshooting:
- Product configurations
- Liaise with IT to get products configured on portal
- Conduct user acceptance tests to ensure an error free product set up
- Ensure successful launch of products online
- Train Ops and business teams on product and process
- Propose New Enhancements and coordinate with IT for implementation as per fixed timelines
- Identify bugs and troubleshoot to ensure a bug free environment on the portal
Competition Tracking:
- Track and report competition movements on the internet space in terms of new product launches, e-sales process, innovations, e-presence etc
- Propose new product idea basis National and International competition
- Present new product idea to product team/management
Profile Requirement:
Education: MBA Cat A or Cat B colleges.
Experience: 4 - 10 Years.
