It covers over 8 million lives and is one of the fastest growing insurance companies in India.   Title: Branch Training Manager (Agency vertical)  Reports to: Area Head - Training / Cluster Head - Training  Job Purpose:   To build a team of professional RDM s & independent life advisors through knowledge & skill enhancement.  Key responsibilities and accountabilities:   - Licensing of New Advisors   - Individual Assessment of RDM Skill Levels & skill transitions  - Enable Advisors to qualify & graduate to the next phase of the learning map   - Assess the training needs of team in order for them to be highly effective in a competitive environment.  - Calendarize & execute training tracks of Managers & Life Advisors  - Sourcing Consultant Trainers   - Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc., as prescribed.   - Manage and control expenditure within agreed budgets   - Compliance  Experience: 3 years - 8 years  Note: If you are currently working with Life Insurance company, you will be given preference.
