Kotak - Credit Manager - Commercial Banking (3-7 yrs)
Job description :
- Shall be responsible for recommending credit decisions for the business
- Credit analysis/ appraisal of the financial and non-financial aspects for the loan proposals received by the sourcing team
- Maintain TAT for credit appraisal as decided by the bank
- Adherence to approval and related matrices
- Meet with customers & understanding their business model
- Adherence to all regulatory, statutory and corporate compliance standards and audit requirements
Requirements :
- CA or MBA Finance
Minimum experience : 3 years
- Working knowledge of assessment of working capital products & project finance
- Good proposal writing skills.
- Good understanding of financial analysis along with ratio analysis.
- Knowledge & updates on various industries.
- Good inter-personal skills.
- Knowledge of and understanding about the compliance policies and procedures.
- Ability to function in and add to the performance of a team.
