- Accountable of Service Delivery at Branches to both Internal & External Customers. Heading the State Operations, Service & Administration,Branch Operations, Initial Underwriting, Customer Service Delivery, Agency Servicing & Operations, Claims, Financial Operations, Persistency, Business loss & Audit & Compliance.  - Recruiting, managing and motivating a team of Branch Operation Executives and Managers and field functionaries & report in to the Country Head - Branch Operations.  - Responsible for the service level parameters and ensuring Service Delivery to both external and   Internal Customers within prescribed TAT & delivery standards  - Managing process improvisation & initiatives for reduction of TATs & Cost in at National Level.   - Managing & driving an initiative Process Standardization, Compliance & Audit for the State.  - Managing Annual Budgeting - Operational Cost (Fixed & Variable).
