Kotak - Area Collections Mgr - Rural Auto (8-12 yrs)
Job role:
- Managing Collections – Tractor & Rural Auto portfolio for the State – a portfolio of around 20,000 APACs spread across 30 districts
- Handling a team of around 3 – 4 Location Managers and overseeing a total team of around 120 + Collection Executives
- Maintaining the required delinquency levels, NPAs, losses
- Taking decisions on repossession activity
- Responsible for liquidation of stock
- Ensuring adherence to processes and compliance
- Liasioning with the local administration
- Supervising the Day to day legal activities in the branch
Job requirements:
- At least 10 - 12 years of experience in Retail Collections, with a minimum team handling experience of 4 - years
- Having knowledge of Retail Legal matters
- Understanding of the local area
Personality Traits:
- Effective negotiation skills
- Good team management skills
