Location : Mahim (Corporate Office)  Only Male Candidates  Job Description :   - Working knowledge in Direct & Indirect Taxation, Efficient in suggesting measures of tax planning  - Hands on experience in lead managing Tax Audits and preparation and e-filing of Tax Returns in-house  - Hands on experience in preparation of Transfer Pricing schedules and getting them assessed  - Preparation of advance tax workings and managing payments  - Preparation of quarterly tax provision workings & settling doubts of Statutory Auditors  - Compliance with TDS / TCS requirements  - Hands on experience in lead managing tax assessments  - Proper Liaison and follow up with Income tax department for assessments, effect orders, refund orders etc.  - Assisting in drafting of Appeals and appearances with Seniors / Tax counsels  - Tracking of legal matters at various stages, providing paper books, other documents.  - Preparing legal briefs for Sr Management and Counsels  - Monitoring Indirect tax matters on all over India basis like VAT assessments, service tax audits, SAD refund matters, etc. with the help of branch commercials.  GST - Awareness relating to the draft law and related implications.
