Manager - Business Operations  Roles And Responsibilities :   - Defining, maintaining and tracking various project metrics.   - Working closely with Project Managers, Delivery Managers and Portfolio Heads.  - Addressing resourcing and staffing needs of projects.  - Forecasting demand & supply of resource on the basis of pipeline.  - Managing resource allocations for common functions like UI, BA.  - Identifying training needs and arranging the same for resources.  - Maintaining and tracking skill set matrix of resources.   - Program managing internal projects.  - Weekly reporting to leadership team.  - Working closely with finance team to measure project metrics.  - Working closely with HR team for recruitment of resources.  - Tracking common function team allocation to project.  - Managing & tracking allocation, utilization and bill ability of project team.  Education And Experience :   - 7+ years of relevant work experience in Business Operation Team / PMO in reputed organization.  - MBA from reputed university.  - PMP preferred.  - Working experience with Leadership team of Organization.   - Proficient with MPP & MS Office.  - Strong presentation, interpersonal & analytical skills.  - Excellent in written and verbal communication.  - Experience working with global team.  Candidates On 1 Month Or Less Notice Only
