Social Media Marketing Executive JD :
Experience : 1 - 5 yrs. (Experience in Brand Promotion through Social Media is a must)

Job Responsibilities :
- Planning and building Strategy for multiple projects - International and Domestic
- Manage the day-to-day marketing activities across multiple channels, including search (Google, Yahoo, MSN, Bing), social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Quora, Pinterest & other social media channels), Email marketing (Mailchimp and more), and other lead gen activities
- Report progress on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, using industry tools such as Adwords, BrightEdge, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and Moz
- Direct responsibility in campaign planning and implementation, budget management, performance review, optimization, and analysis. Define the online Lead Generation vision and strategy
- Good communications & analytical skills with excellent understating of Digital Marketing.
- Drive all Digital Marketing activities including - Search marketing (SEO/PPC), Display Media, Mobile and
- Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube etc.), Affiliate-marketing, Content-
- Marketing, Referral-Marketing, Lead generation and Digital partnerships.
- Web Site promotions within all major Search Engine (i.e. Google, Yahoo, MSN, ASK, and AOL)
- Plan and execute all webs, SEO/SEM marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Work with business partners to manage and update website to ensure search engine visibility, favorable user experience and brand consistency
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Maintain an active awareness on industry trends as well as search best practices
- Designing Campaigns and Managing Ongoing campaigns
- Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process increasing engagement and viewership through Social Media Platforms
- Create a social media calendar
- Prepare reports for management to show ROI on Social Media Efforts
- Brainstorm and figures out whats working and what's not
- Remains UpTo date on recent trends and helps identify and execute our strategy for the same trends
Skills Required :
- Excellent English writing skills, strong vocabulary, good reading and comprehension skills is a must have. Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing.
- Creating brand communication strategies for our brand.
- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Media. (Give links to profiles as examples).
- Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
- Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
- Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google+Local, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.

- Exceptional understanding of digital marketing across the various marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email, affiliate, display, and other innovative marketplaces throughout the web and in eCommerce.
- Knowledge of the latest marketing tools such as Google Analytics, ADwords, Salesforce, Moz, BrightEdge, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, and Twitter (to name a few).
- Experience gathering site and channel data, data synthesis and analysis, quantitative evaluation, and developing data-driven strategic initiatives.
- Experience generating actionable weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports containing key marketing performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience writing marketing copy and social media messaging - you got to really love doing this!
- Experience working with 3rd-party vendors, agencies, affiliates, and partners.
- A proven track-record demonstrating positive returns on marketing investment (ROI).
- Experience working in a fast paced B2C/B2B company.
- Familiarity with content management systems a strong plus.
- Experience with web targeting and personalization programs.
- Experience with building online communities & portals is a strong plus.
