Opening for Assistant Manager HR for Kohler India Vitreous Plant located at Bharuch, Gujarat.  Profile would be HR Generalist but major will be Payroll and related compliance  We are looking for full time MBA or equivalent qualification with HR Major only  Some of the key responsibilities of the position:  - He must be well versed with payroll activities (plant payroll with workforce of 500 or more). Complete knowledge of PF, PT & Medical benefits is must.  - Must have exposure to expatriate compensation.  - Should be good in liasoining with external parties like PF officers, Factory Inspectors etc.  - He will be handling complete performance management for the site, both workmen and staff.  - He will be supervisor to time keeping activity of the plant. Must have exposure in time keeping, leave records etc.  - He will be supervisor for record keeping of the employee data.  - Must be active enough for taking up engagement activities in plant.  - He will be handling lot of MIS tasks.
