Manager Marketing  Trade and Customer Communication :   - Responsible for planning all Trade, Customer & Direct Marketing Channel Communications-devising a - GTM- strategy   a) Design Brochures, Letters, Booklets or any kind of communication element required  b) Communication through Press Ads, Radio & Customer pos   c) Also responsible for Direct Marketing Campaigns through various channels   - Creative Agency Management, Coordinate & brief agency regarding trade /Internal commutation/customer communication - decide timelines with agency for artwork & obtain artwork as per decided timelines   - Planning, finalization of elements, printing & timely distribution of Trade/ Customer/Direct Marketing communication and collateral   - Branding plan for trade / internal events   Digital : Reporting, analysis and on-going optimization of all marketing channels including - SEO, paid search, affiliate marketing, media, email marketing, cooperative marketing, comparison shopping engines, data feed strategy, social media   - Ensure that the purchase requisitions and execution w.r.t agency claims are on time / Meeting delivery/Execution timelines  BTL Activation's / Campaign Rollout :   - Conceptualize and implement customer communication contests / BTL activities for Mass Market / Retail Touch-points / Modern Trade etc.   - Ensure timely communication of scheme / campaign / product related communication   - Support product teams in creating hype and driving the product related on-ground communication   - Analyzing and doing post evaluation of campaign w.r.t to impact of the campaign & ROI  Market Research :  - Identify gaps, liaison with the sales and product teams and identify gaps for research.  Budgeting, Vendor & Knowledge Management :   - Plan the marketing communication calendar based on yearly budgets, ensure adherence to the same and report trends on a monthly basis.   - Ensure right vendor management through commercial team -Selecting the right kind of vendors on the basis of their rates, quality, service and specialization & ensure timely delivery to warehouse & trade.
