Creating and implementing effective direct sales strategies and partner with team to achieve desired objectives.  Driving Direct sales team target and grooming them to achieve desired results.  Handling lead generation team and ensuring qualified leads are passed on to direct sales team.  Ensure high-quality customer experience, elevating customer satisfaction.  Keeping track of team's performance and day to day activities.  Supervise and train FSO's in the achievement of day to day sales targets.  Ensure the team does daily follow up and closure of the leads assigned to them.  Desired Candidate Profile:  Must carry experience in handling direct sales team.  Additional experience of handling lead generation team shall be preferred.  Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy.   Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.  Must be good in team handling.  Salary offered: 9 - 12 LPA
