Knowledge Management Analyst

Duties and Account abilities:-

- Carry out data analysis using relevant techniques, highlight key diagnostics, and prepare reports.

- Conduct secondary research on key documents and compile reports in a user-friendly and easy-to-use format.

- Collect and distill information from internal and external sources and surface highlights to the appropriate audience(s) within the organisation

- Administer structured interviews with staff and others, transcribe and succinctly summarize the content, index and capture the same

- Take responsibility for adherence to time, quality and service standards by the team

- Support work program planning, execution and monitoring at the department level.

- Facilitate and promote the adoption and use of knowledge sharing methods and collaboration platforms through proactive guidance and training of other staff.

- Record and report basic metrics that measure the effectiveness of KM products and services.

- Support in implementing KM strategy by enabling business process improvements and codifying knowledge resources from across the organisation

- Ensure consistent application of corporate KM guidelines to continually shape and evolve organisation's KM efforts

Selection Criteria:

A Master’s degree or, preferably, PhD degree in Economics, Statistics, Development Studies, or Humanities with at least 3+ years of relevant work experience. Previous work experience with multilateral organizations, developmental institutions, or analytics/Consulting organizations will be an added advantage.

- Experience in supervising staff is necessary.

- Strong analytical and conceptual skills

- Superior communication skills – written and oral – are critical; ability to rapidly write reports and presentations with clear, concise and impactful messages is essential.

Working knowledge of economic databases

Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite is essential, knowledge of Vision/Prezi/Tableau/STATA would be a plus
