Knowledge Analyst - HR Consulting (2-5 yrs)
We are hiring for Knowledge Analyst for a leading consulting group
Exp : 2+yrs (Specific industry knowledge or Bachelor / Master degree in field)
Domain - HR Consulting
Responsibilities :
Focuses on organization design, HR, talent and leadership, behavior and culture, and change management.
- Work with case teams on expert research and deliver original analysis and insights
- Provide thought partnership and expert source know-how to case & topic/sector teams
- Share topic/sector insights and points of view more broadly within the firm
- Gain expertise by conducting interviews at the end of a case
- Partners with case teams to identify & address critical knowledge needs
- Provides customized knowledge for client work, prepares accurate, well developed documents and charts
- Delivers original analysis and insights to case team, provides thought partnership
- With guidance from senior team members, identifies right expert & connects him/her with requestor
- With consultants, collects, synthesizes, analyzes case team learning & inputs into new knowledge products (vignettes, experience)
