Overview of the Role:
This position is all about people and creating strong relationships. Partner Development Manager will work closely with International Business Head to focus on strategy. He/she will create, identify and close new partnerships for Knowlarity globally. As an individual who represents Knowlarity business and drives revenue, this person must be an independent who can create a large pipeline of business within a short period of time.
You are the face of the company and use all channels of communication to build strong relationships with the goal of growing partner base globally.

Team Size: 2-3 pre-sales professional
Geographic Spread: Worldwide

Internal: International Business and Infrastructure teams

Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business, Marketing
Overall experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, including a track record of international sales success, preferably in the telecom or software industries sales
Knowledge
Exposure in Appointing Channel Partners
Good Exposure in Channel Business
Skills and requirements:
MBA / Master's Degree in Business, Marketing
Minimum of 6 years of relevant sales experience, including a track record of international sales success, preferably in the telecom or software industries sales
Have a history of building business relationships and truly engage and connect with people
Be a passionate and authentic communicator
Have a goal-crushing attitude
Have a history of growing revenue as defined by executive leadership
Revenue focused and you are motivated to grow revenue
Effective and professional written and oral communication skills
Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
