Responsibilities:

The Strategic Planning Manager has a pivotal role to play in ensuring Planned Execution at the company. The work involved shall include, but not be limited to the following:

1. Run all kinds of business analytics to determine the health of the business

2. Prepare the Annual Operating Plan in collaboration with the Controller. Prepare Long term plans in line with the vision for both Domestic and International Markets.

3. Institutionalise MIS/Reporting to meet business needs and apprise the leadership team with regular insights to enable decision-making. Publish dashboards with KPIs.

4. Analyse new initiatives and entry into new markets and support the business team as needed.

5. Own incentive calculations for the entire organization.

6. Design and implementation of processes as required

7. Alerting the leadership team on the progress and watch-outs

8. Understanding and highlighting improvements & optimization in processes

Qualifications:

1. Any graduate degree with MBA preferred.

2. Excellent oral and written communication skills

3. Expert in MS Office tools - esp Excel and Powerpoint

4. Minimum 3 years of post qualification experience in similar role in a high growth organization
