Reporting: Will be reporting to Head - Enterprise Sales
Position Overview :
- Maintains and expands relationships with customers
- Is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned account objectives.
- Represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers
- Lead the customer account planning cycle
- Ensuring assigned customers- needs and expectations are met by Knowlarity
Job Responsibilities :
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of Knowlarity personnel, including support, technology, delivery, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers- expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales number and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Proactively leads a joint account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial & non-financial targets, and critical milestones for short, medium and long (3, 12 and 26 months) term.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel

- Achieves assigned sales quota in designated accounts.

Desired capabilities :
- 4-8 years of experience in solution designing/Sales in SaaS, Telecom or in a B2B company
- Excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of Knowlarity solutions and system
- Ability to do project management in an IC capacity
- Customer orientation
- Good problem solving skills
