Requirement:

Position: Enterprise Sales Head

Minimum Requirements:

Education : MBA from a reputed university

- Overall experience of 7-10 years

- Exposure to sell to enterprise clients and businesses

- Team management of 3-6 reportees preferable

Role Dimensions:

- Planning and managing sales initiatives with the internal sales team.

- Direct contact and meetings with end user customers with the support of the technical team as required.

- Is able to manage the customers- expectations in addition to ensuring that a high level of service is delivered.

- Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, influencing the customer to achieve a desirable outcome both telephone & written form

- Comes across as open, clear and assertive, although able to build effective long-term relationships

- Able to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation and plays an active part in the achievement of shared solutions and results.

- Critically evaluate all available options and effectively execute a conclusion to achieve the desired result, working either independently or as part of a wider team.

Must Have:

- Demonstrates a high level of energy and enthusiasm to achieve a positive result, can overcome obstacles.

- A self-starter and driven to succeed, whilst displaying a confident approach.

- Works well under pressure and deadlines.

- Applies a resourceful approach to work, using time management skills and prioritising a complex workload.

- Structured and methodical, yet additionally able to adapt style to maximise the achievement of a positive result.

- Dynamic high energy approach.

- Proven ability to develop and execute - go-to-market- plans.

- An ability to inspire confidence within the team and with other areas of the
