As an individual who represents Knowlarity business and drives revenue, this person must be an independent who can create a large pipeline of business within a short period of time.
You are the face of the company and use all channels of communication to build strong relationships with the goal of growing partner sales performance.
Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and their sales teams, addressing their needs
Closing communication gaps between partner and internal teams at all levels (delivery, support, product etc.), helping to identify additional features of product that will allow to increase local customers- satisfaction
Onboarding new partners and its- sales teams: training partner's personnel on product and features, transfer sales knowledge and educate how to sell existing Knowlarity products in different industries
Helping to identify local markets specifics and trends, learning from partners how to address specific requirements of partner's local markets
Identifying right solutions to satisfy partner's existing customers
Identifying together with partner how to create new leads and what industries to target for the fast and long term adoption
Identifying opportunities and guiding partner's sales team for up-sell and cross-sell existing solutions for customers
Helping and supporting with infrastructure and other operation related issues in partner's market
Together with partner building and monitoring of partner's opportunity pipelines and full support in partner's sales

Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field of work
Overall experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant sales experience, including a track record of international sales success, preferably in the telecom or software sales industry. Minimum of 2 years of channel partner sales experience

Good Exposure in Channel Business

Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a customer/partner network, create sales plans forecasting and budgeting as well as manage the sales cycle
Effective and professional written and oral communication skills
Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
