Position - AM - Finance and Accounts

Base Location - Gurgaon

Reports to - Finance Controller

Overview of the Role:

- Preparation of Monthly accounts of various Legal Entities located in different geographies

- Preparation of Monthly Accounts

- Ensuring various accounting and Tax related compliances pertaining to all the Legal Entities is completed in a timely and accurate manner

- Ensuring smooth completion of Audit of legal entities

- Coordinating with various external agencies for various purposes such as Audit, Bank related activities, Tax compliance etc.

- Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts receivables for above mentioned legal entities

Education - CA

Experience - 2 to 5 years

Exposure - Exposure to IFRS or US GAAP, Tax Compliance, Tally
