We are looking for a Consultant level position in Infrastructure Consulting Vertical whereby the key sectors of focus are Smart City, Urban Infrastructure, Airports, Railways, Transit Infra, Real Estate.  Job Description:  - Preparation of feasibility report and project structuring  - Preparation of financial models (incl. integrated P&L, Cash flow and Balance sheet models)  - Transaction Advisory & Bid Process management   - Interact directly with clients as part of project execution  - Undertake business development - preparation of response to EOI / RFPs  - Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders  - Travel in line with project requirements  Desired Candidate Profile:  - MBA/PGDM in Finance (Tier I & Tier II B-Schools) will be preferred / Master in Economics with exposure to Urban Taxation will be preferred  - Candidates with domain understanding and exposure to domestic & international infrastructure sector will be preferred  - Experience in Smart City Projects, Feasibility Studies, Transaction Advisory, Smart City Projects and financial modelling for large projects  - Experience of working with Government / PSUs / Multi-Lateral Agency assisted projects
