Scope : To manage all Marketing & Communications for the company
Job Description :
- Under broad direction (with macro supervision)
- Plans, directs, and coordinates marketing activities, online solutions or external communications of the company.
- Develops and executes strategies and programs to achieve various internal and external goals, such as market assessment, service development strategies, and coordination of promotional activities. Regularly interacts with outside agencies.
- Has people care responsibilities within the organization. Forecasts and manages a budget, sets schedules, and establishes procedures.
- Provides direction to a team and measures the team's effectiveness.
Scope of - Marketing :
Operations - include :
- B2B & B2C actions, Internal & External event planning & participation
- Lead the marketing strategy with detailed action-plan, branding activities, Digital & Print media actions, Internal marketing & brand Communication, collaborate & co-create designs for marketing materials, Marketing Vendor management etc.
Education / Workex : MBA - Marketing
Total work experience : 10 to 12 years
- Preferable from RETAIL (medium format) industry with full time Marketing academics must;
- Should have worked in medium to large companies and well understand the complexity of - dispersed business network- along with marketingsub-functional dynamics.
