Kin Advisors is a boutique advisory and seed investment firm which works closely with large family offices. We invest in ideas and early stage businesses with a sweet spot of INR 1 to 5 crores in the education and healthcare sector.

We invest in people we believe have the potential to create scalable and profitable businesses. The focus is on helping startups prepare for accelerated growth by providing capital and strategic support including helping them refine and create business model and plan, build a go to market strategy, achieve operational efficiency, governance and scalability.

About the role:

- Kin Advisors is looking to invest in a home healthcare business and is in advanced stages of talks with stakeholders. It is looking for individuals with very high energy levels to help build this business.

- Home care is an upcoming segment in the healthcare space which allows individuals to access quality healthcare from the comfort of their home.

- Several segments are apt for home care such as geriatric care, physiotherapy, post surgical care, diagnostics etc. There is un-served demand for such services and Kin Advisors aims to create a scalable customer oriented brand in this space.

Role Expectations:

- Manage the day to day operations of the business

- Proactively build and maintain relationships/strategic alliances with partners, industry experts, vendors etc for business growth

- Setting up and scaling up the operational capabilities including recruiting and managing the team to drive the businesses

Qualifications sought:

- MBA from a premier institution

- Experience of managing a team

- Prior exposure to a start up environment would be preferred.

Compensation:

- Cash component as per industry standards + Equity
