Specific Responsibilities :

- Organize personnel positioning according to capacity and season

- Oversee the compliance with internal control window sales intake (discounts, courtesy passes, cash over & short and tallies).

- Attend to and provide follow up for customer complaints and suggestions.

- Control and restock raw materials and supplies in coordination with corresponding areas.

- Do the daily maintenance and operations checklist.

- Handling of the cash received, in compliance to company established procedures.

- Implement courses, train (customer service, service quality) and encourage the work force (suggestive sales) through diverse techniques.

- Evaluate the people who have made the most effort during the month to propose them as candidates for employee of the month.

- Do the daily operations check list.

- Review the security norm applicable to the company

- Implement the emergency plan

- Implement the security and hygiene programs

- Program the preventive maintenance for fire control

- Activate the Security and Hygiene Commission

- Monitor the CCTV system

- Oversee the Security Guards operation

- Create SOP's for the operations areas

Urgent Position, Location is in Noida GIP Mall, Incumbent will further go for Training in Mumbai for couple of months.

Travel may be required to Mumbai.
