Key Accounts Manager - Enterprise Sales - Telecom (6-12 yrs)

They have established a pan-India, next generation, integrated (wireless and wireline), convergent (voice, data and video) digital network that is capable of supporting best-of-class services spanning the entire value chain and own and operate next generation IP enabled connectivity infrastructure.
Job Role
Key Accounts Manager - Farming role
- Achieve the sales revenue target allocated for the defined period.
- Build & maintain relationship with the key decision makers in the allocated accounts.
- Keep a track of the clients business initiatives and future plans and analyze its impact on the business.
- Identify the opportunities for the new products, services & applications & enhancing the existing infrastructure for additional revenues.
- Analyze the market intelligence data including environmental, customer & competitor information and initiatives and pre-empt its impact on the business.
- Facilitate the identification & development of strategic alliances (through Alliances Team) with synergistic partners like system integrators, consultants, etc.to serve the clients better for mutual benefit.
- Keep a track of the clients business initiatives and future plans and analyze its impact on the business.
- Responsible for proper sales & product training of the team members.
- Innovate, develop new customer management processes & systems in line with the changing customer needs in coordination with the business group.
