Be the one point of contact with the assigned franchises.
- To develop NEW BUSINESS involving B2B (Institutional and corporate) through allotted franchise B2C (Retail Through Events) and assist Franchisee on their B2B( Business to Business) & B2C (Business to Customer)effort across the designated territory .
- Will build and expand franchise business
- Developing Marketing Strategies for the Region.
- Responsible for budgeting,marketing and target setting of the region for achieving the desired sales figures.
- Guide and build a team of motivated professionals to ensure the region does well as a whole.
- Planning for branding activities and development of branding tools in the region.
- Developing/ implementing effective and innovative merchandising .
- Planning and developing advertisement & promotion as per the brand positioning.
- Plan, organize & conduct major market research studies.
- Maintain knowledge of market in key geographic areas, markets of interest and/or distribution channel, competitor's marketing activities & market / product trends.
Skills Required :
- Must have excellent persuasive communication skills both written, verbal ( FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS ESSENTIAL)and Interpersonal skills .
- Excellent Telephone Etiquette and Conversational skills.
- Passionate about engaging over the phone with the decision makers of targeted companies.
- Dexterity with follow- up techniques.
Qualifications: Must be a Graduate/Post Graduate from any reputed Institution.
