Key Account Manager - RPO (5-12 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
Manage END TO END RPO of TeamLease. High Stakeholder Management. Ability to Drive and Lead the Implants. Ability to Identify gaps and Improvise. Ability to Upscale the TeamLease contributions.
Coordination with Business heads to identify gaps. Manpower planning along with HR, Defining hiring pattern and Channels for each hiring. Ensuring on time delivery and feedbacks. Identifying areas where candidate flow is less, increasing the same. Complete backward planning. Intervention if Hiring manager stops responding, Escalation Management at first level. Daily MIS updation and Dash board maintenance. Vendor Management. Expectation setting with business function, pre hiring. Expectation setting with TL team, well defined goals and targets. Driving SLA's. Quantity & Quality Check.
Continued responsibility of Driving positions and closures with the Line function Across regions.
Improvise on Process and Hiring activities.
Work closely with the BU heads to plan advance and on time hiring
Work closely with the delivery team for effective deliveries
Work towards innovative and new methods of hiring talent
Offer Negotiations.
