A leading FMCG is looking out for Key Account Manager - FMCG - IIM/SPJ/XLRI/FMS/MDI/JBIMS/SIBM  Purpose of the Role:  The position would be required to explore and establish new Out Of Home channels and channel partners. The position therein would maintain and expands relationships with channel partners.  This position is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and meeting partner recruitment objectives.   The position is a part of core team in setting up a new channel and will be responsible for the health of all accounts (during establishment phase) in the channel.  Qualification & Experience:  - MBA with 2-4 years of experience  - Key Account Management required  - Exposure to OOH channels is an added advantage  Key Deliverables of the Role:  - Viability analysis and establishing OOH channels including partner organization  - Driving client acquisition  - Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives  - Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in partner accounts   - Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners- expectations   - Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources  - Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel  - Builds overall Channel health  Skills and Competencies:  - Strong functional understanding of OOH Channels  - Business acumen  - Ability to Influence & Negotiations  - Opportunity seeking  - Analytical thinking  Reporting Relationships:  - Upwards - Head Alternate Channels   Other Key Functional Interfaces:  - Modern Trade Teams  - Regional Sales Heads  - Area Sales Manager Teams  - Commercial Team  - Supply Chain Team  Growth Path & Future:  - Horizontally - Trade Marketing Manager/Customer Marketing Manager
