Looking candidates only from Personal care / Consumer / Skin care / Cosmetics industry.  Position: Key Accounts Manager- Modern Trade- PAN India  Location: Mumbai  Job Profile:  - Responsible for modern trade sales for PAN India.  - Develop and execute national off-trade business plan with all modern off trade customers  - Implement and manage effective sales monitoring systems for territory including marketing strategy, pricing, expenditure, channel strategies  - Customer Retention & Extension.  - Ensure extension of existing Customers.  - Ensuring proper promo execution with Territories as per communication  - Coordination with Trade Marketing on promo designs, development & dispatch to territories.  - Volume Growth  - Coordinating sales information manually and compiling data for specific reports.  - Identify focus areas/ products/ customer segments for market share expansion in the MTOs  - Plan, implement and monitor new product launches in co-ordination with the Marketing Team  Education: Full Time MBA from 2007-10 batch of premier institutes   Experience range: 5-8 years with 2-3 years in managing Key Accounts.
