Key Account Manager - Modern Trade - Personal Care

We have an opening with one of our client for the position of:

Company: Leaders in personal care, home care and body care products. A FMCG product company offers range of toiletries product

Job Title / Designation: Key Account Manager - Modern Trade (Personal Care)

Job Location: Mumbai (Head Quarter)

Job Description:

- Will be responsible for handling the top 3 accounts on PAN India basis

- Dealing directly with National Category managers for PAN India strategy.

- KAM need to facilitate the sales team to increase the business for the particular chain along with all backend support.

- Sales plan review with Category manager on Monthly/Quarterly/Annual basis.

- New product introduction and Product Listing

- Directly responsible for sales ( for particular chain sales for PAN India)

- Required to co-ordinate with Zonal heads/Business Managers for activation implementation, visibility drives etc.

- TOT discussion, negotiation with category manager’s to give maximum benefit to the organisation.

Requirement:

- Education: Graduate (any discipline) with MBA/PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing/Business Management.

- Experience: 4+ years of experience in handling MTO Key Accounts sales in a reputed FMCG company, preferably in the Home and Personal Care segment.

- Experience (preferably having exposure to Home and Personal care segment)

- Sales Management, Planning and Operational Skills

- Negotiation Skills

- Team Management is Must.
