Job Profile :
- Annual Business Plan - Value & Volume / Brand & SKU
- Joint Business Planning with key accounts like Wal-Mart, Metro C&C, Carrefour etc.
- Preparing Annual Promotional calendar and driving execution.
- Category wise Business Growth Plan to ensure healthy business
- Business Plan for Imported Category Like Streamline jam.
- Infrastructure development for expansion of Modern Retail Channel.
- Creates and manages budgets covering costs of display and promotion costs.
- Achievement of sales targets. Follow up on collections and maintaining commercial hygiene by quarterly reconciliations with chains.
- Rolling Monthly Promotional Plans and As per JBP/Annual Business Plan within budget.
- To execute BTL activities as per defined expectation and within approved budgets.
- Responsible for all negotiations like Vendor registration, TOT, BTL promotions and promotional activities
- Manpower - Recruitment, Training & Development
- Manage Sales Promotions - BTL Activities
- Trade Schemes, Display Contract, In - Shop promotions, Sampling, Bundle / Cross Promotions, Ladies Club Cookery Competition, Etc.
- New product launch plan conceptualization to execution
- CSD Canteen and CPC canteen Operation.
- Set up of GT infrastructure For North
- Appointment and Training of ASM, SO, TSO, ISR and DSR
- Appointment of Distributors, Super Stockiest and Sub Stockiest.
- Defining best possible Beat Plans, FRCP planning, Manpower planning for optimum result within assigned Budget.
- Driving Visibility, service and other sales support function to restore sales in the market.
- Admin Works- CFA, Credit Limit & Terms, Asset, Receivable A/Cs, Warehouse Management, TOT, Etc.,
- To ensure that the sales volume and value generation is as per the Potential identified of that Region.
- Distributor Claim handling, Scheme deigning, BTL activity execution.
