Key Account Manager - Modern Trade - FMCG (4-8 yrs)

It employees more than 20,000 people globally, operate 50 production facilities on six continents products are found in thousands of restaurants and supermarket freezers in more than 160 countries around the world. The job description detail is mention below:

Job/Position Title: Key Account Manager (M.T)

Reporting To: National Channel Manager (M.T)

Job location: Delhi

Experience: 4 To 8 Years

Education Qualification:

- Bachelors Degree: Business or Marketing

Master Degree: Business or Marketing

Compensation Package: Best as per the industry Standard

Key Requirements & Qualification:

- Candidates pass out from premier business institute will be given preference

- For the position candidate need have to good experience in Modern Trade

- The candidate having experience in FMCG sector especially food & beverages are given preference for the position.

Job Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned

- Develop Strategy AOC for channel; partner with cross functional teams to Deliver strategy/plans.

- Ensure Best in class service levels at optimal cost; partner with regions, supply chain to execute plans.

- Manage “terms of Trade” with MT customers with win-win situation on customer expectations & McCain margin requirements

- Develop and lead the Joint Business planning process with customers ensuring commitment on volumes & agree activity plan to support the same.

- Lead a structured activity calendar plan in coordination with marketing team; ensure execution through regional team.

- Develop/Re-assess KPIs; set KPIs/Measures/Standards and Review the same at a set frequency across stake holders.

Related Work Experience:

- Experience of managed MT and Cash n Carry channels/customers in FMCG Company.

- Experience in Traditional trade operations in FMCG Company.

- Lead a team of people

- Worked with cross functional teams
