We have an urgent role with one of the biggest consumer durable group at Gurgaon.

Designation : Key Account Mgr

Profile :

Functional Objective Of The Position :

Develop & implement strategic and operating business Plans to achieve business growth and profitability targets of Modern Trade business

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible to carry out sales :

- Sales Planning forecasting exercise, expected sales volumes and profit targets from existing and new products in collaboration with management. Identify potential market and trade opportunity, recommending new business development plans & weak market development strategy to achieve the targeted market share.

- Revenue & Channel wise and Product wise- Profitability performance analysis to ensure business plan target achievement. Highlight loss of opportunity, set growth opportunity targets to Product wise target vs achieve product category wise market share. Actual tracking, formulate preventive & corrective action. Track & analyze actual trends, collection and Cash flow and AR trend analysis.

- Scheme planning - Analyze the offers and schemes being launched by the competitor and design strategic solutions on secondary sales activation programs, consumer offers, in-shop promotions for prime channel partners and counters.

- Business Operations Management & Achieve and maintain targeted fill in ratio for large expansion. Effective format retail orders ensuring continuity in stock supply. Inventory management by in stores. Planning, supervising and managing the demand plan, inventory tracking and ageing analysis.

- Ensure timely stock-in & Analyze the- stock-out of products and control overdue outstanding. stock available at different counters to ensure same is within defined norms and plan the appointing B2B- liquidation of ageing stocks

- Partners across India finalize the terms of business operations like credit limit finalization, product delivery norms.

- Collection of outstanding amount

- Develops system and processes to reduce outstanding amount from Monitor post service- retailers/channel partners.

- Activities like trade satisfaction survey and handle customer grievances for superior customer service through service managers.

- Appointing B2B trade partners Maintain and establish a business network to regularly track business opportunities (tenders) from large corporate and government

- Penetrating, sale of product institutions & maintaining minimum Account management market share in each B2B vertical & servicing, responsible for presales & post sales issues

- Responsible to finalize and Keep track of the negotiate terms of engagement.

- Institutional orders and ensure smooth and timely product delivery as per the agreed Responsible for Collection of billed /timelines

- Delivered good amount from various portals, reconcile of account on Comparison of regular basis.

- Competition Mapping competition channel schemes, products & network with that of the industry. Champion Retail Audit process to ensure maintenance of high class look- & feel & delivery for world class

- Assess market potential- consumer experience. analysis of market size/share data & manage special projects to improve share in specific cities /states/counters/ industry segments.

- New product launch, focus on non-operative counters, slow- Marketing. Improve display share and ensure- moving product clearance plan etc. adequate presence of products at the point of sale; provide customers and the sales team with product and Develop- performance training's.

- Internal and External Coordination - effective communication within team and other departments. Coordinates with factory for product availability and Logistic team to develop the distribution plans and ensure timely availability of stocks at different locations/counters.
