Key Account Manager - Large Corporates
Position Summary
The role is responsible for achieving the set order booking/ revenue targets in the allocated set of accounts and taking care of their entire range of telecom requirements across all data & voice solutions.
Job Description
- Own the customer and achieve the targets (Revenue and OB) as per AOP
- Single Point of Contact for large customers(Corporate/Govt/PSUs/MNCs) for all telecom needs. Totally Customer focused.
- Healthy funnel with prospective order booking dates
- Lead Generation, Account Plans, strategy and regular update in the CRM
- Map all allocated account incl all CXO's and key decision makers, prepare a dossier mapping entire decision making process.
- Map Competitor activities including SWOT analysis in all accounts.
- Collection within due date
- Develop relationship with customer's to gain his/her confidence
- Control churn
- Customer Life Cycle management to increase RMS and share of wallet
- Key Account Managers will handle 7 to 10 accounts depending on telecom spend, RMS and projected growth.
- Drive the Enterprise Portfolio - Internet, MPLS, Fixed Line, Mobility, etc
- Use senior management and Account Managers from other global locations where the company is headquartered to close a deal.
Education: Graduate / B.E/ MBA Desirable
Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in Technical Sales and good knowledge about Enterprise Sales.
