Key Account Manager - FMCG (10-14 yrs)
- Will be responsible for handling the top 3 accounts on PAN India basis
- Dealing directly with National Category managers for PAN India strategy.
- Work closely with Marketing Team on strategizing brand building activation initiatives like promotions, visibility and pricing in chains. (Need to co-ordinate with NSM for marketing activities)
- Will be accountable for MS & SOS growth in category.
- KAM need to facilitate the sales team to increase the business for the particular chain along with all backend support.
- Sales plan review with Category manager on Monthly/Quarterly/Annual basis.
- Co-ordination with regional team for activation follow-ups, issues, reviews for the particular chains.
- Analysis of sales off takes and discussion with category managers
- New product introduction and Product Listing
- Directly responsible for sales ( for particular chain sales for PAN India)
- Analyzing and strategizing the Competitor’s analysis/tracking
- Price & product master maintenance
- Evaluating Share of Shelf, Stock & Sales Data of MT accounts with accounts on quarterly basis.
- Achieving and Maintaining 95%+ fill rate. ( Arranging the logistical support with proper projection through supply chain to increase the fill rate)
- Planning & monitoring budget utilization. ( Finalization with NSM for National Activations)
- There will not be any direct link with regional team or reporting. But co-ordination with the regional team will be required.
- Would be responsible for the new SKU listing and successful launch of the products.
- Would be responsible for sales forecast towards specific activation, innovative visibility planning, visibility plan and implementation.
- Responsible for the LTL growth of Top 50 stores.
- Required to co-ordinate with Zonal heads/Business Managers for activation implementation, visibility drives etc.
- TOT discussion, negotiation with category manager’s to give maximum benefit to the organisation.
Qualifications
Graduate (any discipline) with MBA/PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing/Business Management.
Experience Band
- Min. 3-4 years prior experience in handling MTO Key Accounts sales in a reputed FMCG company, preferably in the Home and Personal Care segment.
- Must have handled multi accounts at national level
- Should have handled new Brand Launches and its subsequent stages
