Key Account Manager - eCommerce (2-8 yrs)
Pinnacle Solutions, a leading recruitment firm across the eCommerce sector has been retained by a leading eCommerce organization to recruit for the following mandates asap:
Key Account Managers - 1 each in Mumbai and Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Identify eCommerce companies which have or need a online payment gateway
- Establish contact with key management either through generated leads or through cold calling.
- Explain/demo the product and close the sale. Price Negotiation
- Develop / mentor and increase sales through key accounts.
- Manage the key accounts and increase the GMV through these accounts
- Actively consult with key customers on ongoing basis to help understand their problems and resolve
Requirements:
- 5 - 6 plus years of experience in B2B sales or Sales (Acquisition) role
- Any experience with a payment gateway service is preferable
- Relationships with eCommerce company is preferable
