Key Account Head - Services Management - HVAC (10-15 yrs)
Should be a BE(Electrical/Mechanical) with at least 12 yrs work experience in a HVAC Services company with excellent Key Account Management Skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Key Stake Holder Management at the Client side, understand the Client requirements and ensure complete delivery management for the Cooling Solutions & Services.
- Accountable for the up selling of services to the Client.
- Strengthen relationship with the Client to enhance the revenues.
- Manage all HVAC solutions and services to the client, cost control and provide guidance to the Services team to ensure adequate service delivery.
- Intervene and resolve customer service issues
- Report to the Business Head
