Job description:
Business Development
1. Lead team in the planning and execution of AOP, including the preparation & implementation of market initiatives
2. Work closely with BU Marketing and Sales team to develop the annual plan for Brand, Pack, Channel and Geography
3. Developing local opportunities in sync with Business Unit priorities
4. Region data center - Collection/ analysis/ review of region data – AC Nielson analysis, NPD, Discount Budgets – volume outcomes, Monthly Meet - Brand Plans and Volume Targets
5. Custodian of region initiatives like - Wholesale/Slums activities in Metros, LTC project mgmt, Planning and execution of Alternate GTM activities. Freezing quarterly Brand plans with RM/Brand team in terms of on-ground execution.
Channel Management:
1. NPD Launch - Planning MO’s, Aligning team on sell in plans, Coordination with brand teams to develop launch plans and setting execution parameters, Reviews/ update, Data management on launch
2. BTL activation - To collaborate with TMM and brand team to plan and execute all below the line activity for the region, Area wise allocation of promotions within the region.
3. Develop and Drive Channel Initiatives in the Organized and Traditional Trade, Develop & Drive new sales & marketing initiatives in emerging channels. (New Channel Development)
Marketing Initiatives
4. Market share analysis - Analyzing ‘ACN market research data and sharing with team
5. Trade scheme - Conceptualize, design and rollout trade scheme, Review and analysis
6. Brand visibility in the region - Execution of outdoors and Regional Media buying
7. Rack planning and Stock Management - Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly allocation of racks; Liquidation of ageing stocks at region level, Collaborate with Brand team and SDM team on liquidation plans and funding.
8. Develop market presence standards (merchandising and signage) in coordination with Central Marketing and Sales function. Custodian of brand initiatives for the region and Execution of Brand Initiatives
9. To ensure compliance with all regulatory systems of the company
