Role is based out of South Delhi.  The person will be responsible for finalizing of the term sheet, the transaction documents and closing of the transaction.   The person will be required to liaise with the external law firms and the borrower for timely finalization and execution of the documents and will also be required to visit the borrower's office to ensure completion and compliance of the conditions precedent, conditions subsequent and other covenants of the transaction documents including creation, perfection and registration of the security.
